How do I provide my debit/credit card information during checkout?
We offer payment processing with Shop Pay (Visa Mastercard, Amex) or PayPal. For PayPal transactions, card info is provided via PayPal at checkout (a PayPal account is not required). Add items to cart, click "Check Out With PayPal," then click the grey "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" tab.
What is your return policy?
30-day 100% unconditional satisfaction guarantee plus a one-year limited repair/replacement warranty for defects. Return shipping applies only to single-unit US orders. Customized embroidery/printing items are excluded.
How many straps come in each package and what are the lengths?
- Standard / Handles: 2 straps per unit (Standard 4 ft; Handles 3.5 ft)
- Package Deal: 4 straps
- XL: 1 strap (8 ft)
- XL Package Deal: 2 straps
Are they elastic? How much weight can they hold?
Inelastic, non-stretchable thick cotton. Rated over 1,500 lbs tensile strength.
